WE HAVE 7 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


Items for return or exchange must be brought to the same store within 7 days of purchase. Said items must be accompanied by original packaging, manuals, labels, swing tags and accessories (in good condition) and corresponding sales invoice.


Please take note that we reserve the to decline product exchanges or do refunds if:

  • Items have been intentionally defaced
  • Products are worn or washed
  • Items have been altered in any way
  • The customer suddenly changes his/her mind after transaction

Items may be exchanged with item of same price or higher value provided that the customer will shoulder the difference or may opt to convert it to gift certificate should the desired replacement is not available.
