2.Contact your chosen urbanAthletics store directly via Viber/SMS during its operating hours. Store directory with individual Viber link is listed below. Please send the following information as the store needs these to process your inquiry/order:

    •        o Full Name
    •        Mobile Number
    •        Email Address
    •        Order/s (brand, type, and/or variant) with quantity

Submission of the following information gives consent to TOBY’S SPORTS, its affiliates and its service group to collect, use, store or otherwise process your personal data to verify, complete and deliver your purchase from said Company. Submission means you agree to the use of said data for analytics and commercial or marketing purposes; and agree to receive corporate communications from the Company and to the sharing of your information with its service providers who will deliver the items to your designated location.

TIP: For easy reference of store personnel, please send a screenshot of the product from our website via Viber.

 3.A branch representative will get in touch with you for your order confirmation with the below information. Do not pay prior to receipt of order confirmation

1. The following modes of payment will be accepted. We are currently not accepting installment via these payment options.

HOW TO RECEIVE ORDER
1. A branch representative will inform customer what time his/her order will be ready for pick-up. For large orders, please ask our branch representative regarding our recommended vehicle size.
 
2.Customer must pick up the item in the store or arrange for a courier to pick it up for delivery. You will be asked for your Name and Order Number, as well as the payment confirmation message when picking up your orders.
 
3. If via courier, please make sure to provide the courier with your Name and Order Number. Please also note that we will take a photo of the items prior to pick up to make sure it was received by your courier in good condition. urbanAthletics will not be liable for any losses or item damage while in transit. You may provide your courier with care reminders if necessary.
 
4. Customer or courier to pick up the orders via our contactless pick-up inside the store.
 
5. Store will only accommodate orders during its official store hours.
 
6. Store can hold your paid order for two (2) days without charge. Store will start charging a storage fee of P100 per additional day.

What are the item/s that can be ordered? 

Check our website and our social media pages for products you can order. Product availability vary per store. If there are items you wish to purchase that are not in the website, please contact the store to check availability.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement? 

There will be no minimum purchase requirement for customers.

What time can I order item/s? 

Orders can be processed and confirmed during the operating hours of the stores listed above. However, order processing may vary depending on MECQ/GCQ regulations in the area.

How long can I reserve an item prior to payment?

We can hold the item for you for 48 hours before releasing the item. For in demand items, we can only hold it for 3 hours without payment.

Is there a cut-off time for ordering?

Confirmed paid orders before 4PM will be available for pick-up on the same day. Confirmed paid orders beyond 4PM will be processed for pick-up the following day.

When can I pick up my order?

Store representative will inform customer what time his/her order will be available for pick-up. Pick-up can be done during store hours only. Please refer to cut-off times above.

If I can’t pick it up, how can I get my order?

If you cannot pick up your orders personally, you have your items shipped via a third-party service. Booking of courier and booking fee must be shouldered by the customer

I cannot pick up my order on the time provided, can I pick it up some other day?

Yes, please inform the store when you plan to pick up your order. Please note that store can hold your paid order for two (2) days only without charge. Store will start charging a storage fee of P100 per additional day.

What if I receive the wrong order?

Please contact the store immediately if you receive the wrong order. You may bring the item to store for replacement or have it shipped back to the store. Store will replace the order and will shoulder the shipping fees.
