QII has partnered up with One Incentive Systems Advocates Inc. (1ISA), a company that services the loyalty and incentive programs of various companies. 1ISA uses its online rewards program called Instaperx, an e-voucher that can be redeemed in partner stores.
The partnership with 1ISA is to accept the redemption of Instaperx e-vouchers in Toby’s Sports, RUNNR and urbanAthletics stores, including 1PASS (a special voucher that is redeemable in other merchants like pharmacies, groceries and specialty retailers).
OBJECTIVES
1. To generate incremental revenue through the client network 1ISA
2. To attract additional foot traffic
TARGET CUSTOMERS
Cardholders of partner credit card companies namely BPI, Metrobank, Citibank, Security Bank, Unionbank, RCBC, Bank of Commerce, Mastercard and American Express; and employees of corporations such as Petron, Samsung, Home Credit, among others
MECHANICS
1. Store shall honor and accept the Instaperx or 1PASS e-vouchers presented by 1ISA clients/customers, to be tendered good as cash. The e-voucher is sent to them in SMS or email.
2. Cashier may validate the e-voucher code presented through the following ways:
a. Logging in the Voucher Verification System (VVS) portal via https://vvs.instaperx.ph
b. Sending an SMS to InstaPerx mobile number: 0921 235 8010 using this format: INSTAPERXREDEEMBRANCHCODEVOUCHERCODE
c. Calling the Instaperx Hotline: (02)8788-1000 Please refer to the attached LIST OF PARTICIPATING STORES excel sheet for the BRANCH CODE, USER ID, PASSWORD (for VVS portal) and REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER (for SMS validation)
3. CHECK validity of the e-voucher when the customer presents it. Before REDEEMING the e-voucher, cashier must ask the customer if he/she already have an item that he/she likes. Once e-vouchers are redeemed, the voucher amount cannot be reversed or refunded.

5. For the NAV and RPRO POS tendering procedures, please refer to the separate attached MIS memo.
6. An Instaperx approval code shall be issued to authorize the release of the corresponding redemption values and automatically update the redemption record as claimed. No partial redemption is allowed; the client must claim/redeem the value of the eVoucher in full.
7. 1ISA shall handle and address all customer-service-issues-related to the e-vouchers
